Dr. Kularathne Sembukuttige Yudara Madusanka is an experienced Emergency Physician and the Clinical Governance Officer (CGO) for Medivac Emergency Ambulance Service. He is a registered CGO with the Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore and plays a key role in ensuring clinical safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the organisation.
Dr. Yudara holds a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Emergency Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and completed his training through the SingHealth Emergency Medicine Residency Program, graduating in 2019. His strong clinical background and commitment to excellence support Medivac’s mission of delivering safe, high-quality emergency care in our ground ambulance operations

With extensive experience in trauma, cardiac emergencies, and intensive care, Dr. Ridzuan bin Mohd Isa provides immediate, life-saving treatment during air evacuations and cross-border ambulance transfers.Â
As a medical instructor with the American Heart Association, Dr. Ridzuan bin Mohd Isa conducts rigorous recurrent training and frequent familiarization assessments for flight crews.Â
Equipped to manage high-acuity cases in-flight, Dr. Ridzuan bin Mohd Isa works alongside flight nurses and paramedics to ensure seamless, ICU-level care from bedside to hospital.
