Kindly note:
  • For bank remittance, all bank charges and transaction fees (both local and international) shall be borne by the client to ensure the full invoiced amount is received.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

Guarantee Letters

At Medivac Emergency Ambulance Service, we accept Letters of Guarantee (LOG) from insurance companies that have established credit arrangements with us. To ensure a smooth medical evacuation or repatriation, your insurer should email the LOG to us in advance, allowing the patient to focus on recovery while we handle the logistics.

If a Letter of Guarantee is not received before the evacuation, or if the evacuation is urgent, full upfront payment will be required. Our team is happy to assist you with supporting documents for post-evacuation insurance claims and reimbursements.
